Welcome. I have been out here for a long time now and considered one of the most "talented and creative" members on the site. Unfortunately, you have to pay me to submit your work. I have muscle on the site - yes, even in a virtual environment there is muscle! 
hahaha Seriously, saw you out here and was like, "WTH? It's RICKY!" Looks like you are already growing popular. Time to spam people and make them pay for your photos. I hope you get that one in a lifetime shot - just take your camera with your EVERYWHERE! Great pictures - maybe you can start going downtown and asking people for photos? Also, check out meetup.com for photographers - that site is amazing (and you are out here because of who...?). Have a blast man. Good to see you enjoying yourself with your camera!

You from Arizona?
Yes, very fortunate to live here. Obviously, great place for year round photography. I limit outdoor photograhy during the peek midway summer months since I'm so cautious with my gear. I wish there was a camera sleeve that deflects heat from the camera, lol.
I moved from Arizona 2 years ago and the biggest thing for me was the dust. Dust every where.
